Bayhorse Silver To Attend 2016 Silver Summit In San Francisco, California

Bayhorse Silver Inc. BHS: TSX-V (the “Company”) will be attending the Cambridgehouse  annual “Silver Summit” to be held in San Francisco, from November the 14th to the 15th.

Bayhorse Silver CEO, Graeme O’Neill wishes to invite all those investors and shareholders attending to meet Dr. Clay Conway, P. Geol. the Company’s Exploration Manager, and Todd Johnson, P.E,.M.S Geology and Geological Engineering, Minerals Program Manager for the Bridging The Gap Silver/Lead/Zinc Project in Idaho’s highly prolific “Silver Valley”.  We will be at Booth #205 at the Park Central Hotel, 50 Third St, San Francisco.

Project management will be able to discuss  recent surface drilling  at the Bridging The Gap Project. To date three surface diamond drill  holes have been completed for a total of 1,673 feet. The core is currently being logged and sampled in a secured core shack.  Management is evaluating the logistics and locations for additional surface and underground diamond drill holes testing of the Crown Point and Shea target zones.

Management will also be able to discuss both the mineralization and the prospects for  the Bayhorse Silver Mine where approximately 2,000 tons of mineralized material has recently  been extracted from the mine workings. Installation of the equipment for upgrading this mineralized material is nearly complete.

The Company has funded its ongoing work programs this past 12 months through a US$1,250,000 Debenture placement, and through Warrant exercises. During the month of October, Bayhorse CEO Graeme O’Neill exercised 720,000 warrants for gross proceeds to the Company of C$103,000 and increased his direct and indirect holdings in the Company to 6,117,200 common shares.
